  We are looking for a competent support worker with a minimum of 6 months experience to support a young man with learning and physical
Disabilities in the community.
The role requires the support worker to be a driver and preferably a female, some personal care is required, but
an emphasis remains on promoting independence.
The hours offered are part time.
