Don’’t get me wrong, we don’’t have Disney songs in the background and woodland creatures gambolling around the office - we still get all those problems and issues you all know and hate - the difference is that as experienced recruiters we know it not all plain sailing, we know what we have to do to resolve issues, get the right candidate, close the next deal, and when we’’re on unfamiliar ground or we’’re not sure what the next step is, there is a wealth or experience and support to call on within the company.
So now you might be thinking we’’re a small company using some gimmicky ad to recruit talent or that we expect you to work as franchisee or self employed for a big % of your fees - you’’d be wrong.
