As part of our ongoing growth strategy and service improvement drive, we have expanded our service offering into the Newcastle area; Servoca Plc’s 32nd office will increase its regional coverage and quality of service to both clients and candidates. Our expansion comes off the back of our 20+ year presence in Darlington, our office run by Karen Stanner who remains with the Darlington business and is set to celebrate her 19th year in 2023.

The Newcastle office is managed by Ryan Lancaster who in his short time of opening has increased the internal headcount to four. The team includes Karen Jobson a nurse with over 25 years’ experience in the local market who is working with Ryan to ensure high calibre, reliable and well-trained healthcare staff.

Ryan and the team are already providing healthcare staff throughout the Newcastle area, and are keen to offer training to any staff with or without healthcare experience. This will result in an influx of new opportunities for existing and prospective candidates in Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and Gateshead.

Darlington has been one of our longest-established offices and when we opened in 2001 we never anticipated the group growing to over 30 offices and over 4,000 workers per week. Newcastle is an exciting opportunity for us to support clients and candidates across the North East.”

Ryan Lancaster; “It’s brilliant to get Karen Jobson on-board and to see the benefit of her experience running care homes and working with the community through the NHS. Adam Gibson is dedicating his time to growing Servoca’s presence in the Durham area and Brian Parkin is going to be dedicating his time to growing the presence in Sunderland.
