When you register or apply to a specific role, one of our team will be in touch with you for an interview. If you are successful at the interview stage we will then send you through an application pack which we will need you to complete. We will also request specific documents and information, for which we will need to see the originals; this helps us to confirm your identity and that you are able to work in the UK.
Andrew was very poorly when Yvonne came to be a live-in carer for Andrew. Through her dedicated care, and that of Christian, who is here as a regular day carer during the week, Andrew has thrived and is now extremely well, in view of his limitations. When Yvonne had to leave us for 3 weeks, Christian took over the main care of Andrew during the week and even came one Sunday morning to help do Andrew’s care. We also had other carers from Servoca, when someone was available in the evening and at the weekend, who have also got to know Andrew and are kind and caring towards him. We were all delighted when Yvonne returned. She and Christian work so well together and we consider them both part of the family. Andrew has gone from strength to strength – he is very happy most of the time and his speech has improved remarkably. Accepting that we needed additional help was difficult, but having done so, it’s been wonderful to see how caring and attentive Yvonne has been with Chris. She is both gentle and thoughtful, and seeing how she has cared for Chris as his condition progressed has filled me with awe.
