Refer a Friend

Nurses, carers and support workers have been referring their friends to us for years because of our dedication to customer service and the flexibility we give our staff. Our workers love keeping the same account manager, compliance manager and payroll team and working with people they know. And what better way for us to “thank you”, than with great rewards. With our “Refer a Friend” incentive we will pay you up to £250 for the nurses and carers you refer, once they have worked a minimum number of shifts and they will get a £75 joining bonus.

What is said about us

Andrew was very poorly when Yvonne came to be a live-in carer for Andrew. Through her dedicated care, and that of Christian, who is here as a regular day carer during the week, Andrew has thrived and is now extremely well, in view of his limitations. When Yvonne had to leave us for 3 weeks, Christian took over the main care of Andrew during the week and even came one Sunday morning to help do Andrew’s care. We also had other carers from Servoca, when someone was available in the evening and at the weekend, who have also got to know Andrew and are kind and caring towards him. We were all delighted when Yvonne returned. She and Christian work so well together and we consider them both part of the family. Andrew has gone from strength to strength – he is very happy most of the time and his speech has improved remarkably. He enjoys being taken by Yvonne and Christian to a local club where he can engage with the activities.”

Client, Carolyn S, Complex Care

Accepting that we needed additional help was difficult, but having done so, it’s been wonderful to see how caring and attentive Yvonne has been with Chris. She is both gentle and thoughtful, and seeing how she has cared for Chris as his condition progressed has filled me with awe. We feel extremely fortunate to have found her and will be forever grateful for what she has done for us.

Trust is obviously important too as Yvonne is occasionally at home alone with Chris but I trust her implicitly, most importantly with Chris and his needs of course but also with our belongings and with other family members who visit, especially our grandchildren who adore her.

Anyone who invites Yvonne into their home can have no qualms about her presence or her integrity. Rather, they can look forward to developing a wonderful relationship with a funny, outgoing woman who will quickly become an important member of their household.”

Client, Sandy & Chris H, Complex Care

I started to work with Servoca in August 2021 and they gave me a really big and warm welcome. I have a great interview with Jessica in Leeds and she was friendly, helpful and very supportive. Jeevan and Jimmy always try to make sure that I have the right shifts in the right place and always they respond to any enquiries from me very quickly in an efficient way. I get lots of respect from all who work in the Leeds office and they acknowledge my experience. For me working for Servoca is a lovely experience and I have recommended them to two of my colleagues. A really big thank you to all in the Leeds office but especially Jessica, Jeevan and Jimmy who are all so helpful and friendly.”

Candidate, Tarek, Complex Care

Just wanted to say the positive feedback keeps coming from the team about Servoca workers.  As you know we had Ola last night at short notice and he was on with one of the lesser experienced shift leads.  I woke up this morning to the following message:

“I really enjoyed working with him, he was great, nothing was too much to ask and he was so polite.  We will have him again for sure”.

He also gave feedback to the shift lead that he had enjoyed his shift here also.

Thank you for sending us these wonderful agency workers.”

I just wanted to let you know that we are having really good feedback as to the standard of staff which has come to us through yourself.”
