Refer a Friend

Nurses, carers and support workers have been referring their friends to us for years because of our dedication to customer service and the flexibility we give our staff. Our workers love keeping the same account manager, compliance manager and payroll team and working with people they know. And what better way for us to “thank you”, than with great rewards. With our “Refer a Friend” incentive we will pay you up to £250 for the nurses and carers you refer, once they have worked a minimum number of shifts and they will get a £75 joining bonus.

How do I apply for a job at Servoca Nursing and Care & Servoca Complex Care?

We are always happy to hear from new candidates. You can either contact your local branch and speak to them, register with us or look at the jobs we have on our website and if any are suitable for you then apply. If you don’t see any jobs that you are think are suited to you, please do still contact us or register.

How many hours can I guarantee a week?

We have a great relationship with a wide range of clients across the UK who have a high demand for candidates. It’s important for us to provide stability to our staff and so we will be able to provide you with shifts when and where you want them – you are in control of how much you work!

What is the process?

When you register or apply to a specific role, one of our team will be in touch with you for an interview. If you are successful at the interview stage we will then send you through an application pack which we will need you to complete. We will also request specific documents and information, for which we will need to see the originals; this helps us to confirm your identity and that you are able to work in the UK.

What documents do I need to present you with?
  • GDPR consent
  • Application Form – Work History from leaving Full Time Education (Supplemented by CV or additional Notes if needed)
  • Evidence of Identity (including Photo ID, 2 proofs of address and proof of NI number)
  • Evidence Eligibility to Work in the UK
  • Evidence of Qualifications (Vocational / Professional)
  • Health Declaration
  • Payroll Details – Tax & Bank Details
  • Enhanced Adult & Child DBS Check (New or Existing Check already registered with the DBS Update Service
  • Statement of Entry (For Nurses Only)
  • Satisfactory Employment Reference (covering a minimum of the last 3 years)
  • Worker Handbook & KID Document (issued and signed for prior to working)
  • Terms and Conditions of work (issued and signed for prior to working)

Andrew was very poorly when Yvonne came to be a live-in carer for Andrew. Through her dedicated care, and that of Christian, who is here as a regular day carer during the week, Andrew has thrived and is now extremely well, in view of his limitations.
